This chapter introduces the methods of troubleshooting a xCAT cluster. It includes the following parts.

• Operating System Installation
  • Log Collection: Collecting logs of the whole installation process
  • Enabling Debug Port: Running commands in the installer from MN
  • SSH Access: Accessing the installer via “ssh”
